Main Code

The source code used to create the web pages of Consejo.bz is HTML 5. Every page has been verified using the W3C HTML Validator.

Cascading Style Sheets are all Verified CSS 3.0 Style Sheets. All consejo.bz web pages have been tested with and will render properly on all the most popular modern, standards compliant web browsers.

Java Script and Flash

You must have Java installed and enabled in your browser if you want Consejo.bz to render properly.

Adobe Flash is used to provide weather and time information on a few of our web pages and some of the Google Ads are rendered using Flash. To view these items properly you must have Adobe Flash installed and enabled on your browser.

Microsoft Improves Internet Explorer

Microsoft has released Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 and 8. IE-11 is a quantum leap toward compatibility, and appears to support most of the HTML5 and CSS 3.0 rendering features. IE-11 is now a very nice looking browser, clean and easy to use. IE-11 will not, however, work with the now obsolete Windows XP.

At Consejo.Bz we have decided that we will make no extra effort to support any version of Internet Explorer older than IE-11, nor will we support any other none standards compliant or obsolete browser. Too much is enough.

Microsoft Edge (Windows 10 Only)

Microsoft has retired Internet Explorer in favor of its new Edge browser. Edge is the default browser in the new Windows 10 operating system. It is very fast and seems to be standards compliment. Edge is only available with Windows 10.

Time To Upgrade

If you want to see these pages as the were intended to look, give one of the new superior browsers a try. Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome are all excellent browsers, they are FREE, they are very easy to download and install. Plus they have many features that are not available on older browsers

Note: IE-11, will not run under with Windows XP.
