2012 Corozal Bay Regatta
On October 14th, you are invited to attend the Corozal Bay Regatta. Organized by the Consejo Yacht Club, this will be an event of note in Northern Belize. The young Optimist sailors in the Corozal Bay Youth Sailing Program (CYC) will race for the first time in front of their hometown audience

Honey Camp Lagoon Sailing Regatta
A great weekend was had by our Corozal Bay Youth Sailors. They have successfully completed their first Regatta! Bud and Ann Dixon, Perry Chow and Gerhard Cordts proceeded to Honey Camp Lagoon on Friday afternoon, with camping equipment, 3 Optimist sailboats, Perry's jet-ski and Bud's Hobie Cat Getaway.

2012 National and Municipal Elections
Elections were held in Belize on March 7th. The UDP remains in power with a substantially reduced majority. Nationally, the UDP won 17 seats while the PUP took 14 seats. The previous count was UDP 25, PUP 6. The municipal election was also closely split with the UDP now controlling 5 City Councils while the PUP will control 4. Previously the UDP had majorities on all 9 City Councils.
The Seventh Annual Just For Fun Consejo Shores Golf Tournament
Was be held at the Consejo Shores Golf course on Sunday, March 4th at starting at 1PM.
