Comming Events

On the 3rd Saturday of each month, Corozal Town hosts "Art In The Park". This is a great opertunity for visitors and residents alike to see some of the excelent work done by Northern Belize artists and craftsmen. It is held from 5 - 9 PM in the CorozalTown Square.

2010

May 23rd was election day in Consejo Village. Two slates of candidates vied for Village Chairman and 6 Council seats. The official results are published here.

The 3rd Saturday of each month, Corozal Town hosts "Art In The Park".

2010 Easter Sailing Regatta

About 50 Consejo area residents made there way to Sarteneja for the 2010 Easter Sailing Regatta.

2010 Consejo Shores Just For Fun Golf Tournament

The Fifth Annual "Just For Fun" Golf Tournament was held March 7, 2010 at the Consejo Shores Golf Course. A record 52 Golfers from Consejo Shores and the surrounding communities came out to play for fun and prizes.

Farewell Fish Fry at The New Millennium

Jack and Marlene Kolberg came to Belize in 2007 and settled in Consejo Shores. Jack died suddenly of a massive heart attack on January 22, 2010. Jack just loved to fish. So in honor of that passion, we held a farewell fish fry. The consensus among the residents was that this was the highest turnout of any gathering in Consejo history.

House Party at Valentina and Vasili Vdovenko's

Valentina and Vasili Vdovenko purchased a new waterfront home in Consejo Shores last year. They spent last season moving in, decorating and landscaping the place. Now that the moving in process is over, they decided to invite all their neighbors to an afternoon of food and drinks.
