The Finished House - June 30, 2006

Consejo Shores is located on the shores of Chetumal Bay, 7 miles North of Corozal Town.  It is 9 miles by road to the Mexican border and Corozal Free Zone, or a quick boat ride from Consejo village into Chetumal, Mexico.

 

The house was built on the waterfront, at the end of a short cul-de-sac. Between the Western lot line and the sea is a 66 foot beach preserve. Since there is no real access to this land, it in effect becomes part of the property.

Construction began on 14 March 2006 and took 15 weeks to complete. Paul Garcia was the prime contractor. Paul has build several homes in the area and we had great confidence in his skills and judgment. He and his crew preformed spectacularly.
